With my advanced technology, and comforting atmosphere Seaside Spa & Waxing is the best choice for your beauty treatment needs. 🌸SPA POLICY & ETIQUETTE🌸 🌸Cell Phones🌸 To maintain a calm, stress-free environment , we ask that cell phones and electronic devices are turned to silent & put away during your service. 🌸Arrival🌸 We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows plenty of time to fill out any client paperwork. 🌸Cancellations🌸 To avoid cancellation fees, please give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any service you’ve booked. A valid Credit Card is required at the time of booking. 🌸Late Arrivals🌸 All appointments are scheduled to allow time for full enjoyment of each service. A late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Late arrivals may not be afforded an extension and you are responsible for payment for the full service. 🌸Return Policy🌸 For the health and safety of each client, Products are non-returnable/non-refundable. 🌸Health Conditions🌸 When booking, please advise us of any health conditions (including pregnancy), allergies, infections, injuries, or special needs which may affect your services. 🌸Privacy🌸 We collect health and personal information for three main reasons: to promote a safe and healthy environment for our clients; to ensure continuity of information from one visit to the next, and; to assist in customizing treatments to individual needs, particularly if there are medical issues or allergies. Rest assured , all information remains confidential. 🌸Cleanliness🌸 We are committed at Seaside Spa & Waxing to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. Our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service. 🌸Children & Minors🌸 We love children! And in order to keep them safe , we ask that children only accompany parents or adults when receiving services themselves. This helps maintain a professional atmosphere for other guests. Cancellation Policy
48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY— Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please understand that if a client is 15 minutes late or more for their scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show and they will be charged a no-show fee. Extra fees may apply for last minute rescheduling, please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. Appointments may only be rescheduled up to three times! Clients must have a valid credit card on file to book at Seaside Spa & Waxing!
