My name is Lori, and as a licensed solo esthetician based in Satellite Beach, Florida, I specialize in customized facials and expert waxing services designed to help you feel confident in your skin. Born and raised in Indian Harbour Beach, I’m proud to serve the community I’ve always called home. My love for the beach and passion for health and wellness inspire a results-driven yet relaxing experience for every client who walks through my door. My approach to skincare is deeply personal. After struggling with severe acne for years—trying countless medications, dermatologists, and even multiple rounds of Accutane with little success—I discovered that real transformation came through consistent, professional-grade skincare and advanced treatments. Seaside Spa and Waxing- CLIENT HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY PLEASE READ: At Seaside Spa and Waxing, the health, safety, and well-being of our clients and staff are our highest priorities. To ensure that all services are performed safely and responsibly, the following policies are strictly enforced: 1. Required Client Paperwork All clients are required to complete and sign all necessary intake forms, consent forms, and health history documentation prior to each appointment. This includes: -Updated medical history information -Current medications -Recent procedures or treatments -Any changes in health status since the last visit 🌟Failure to complete required paperwork before your appointment may result in rescheduling of your service. 2. Medical Conditions & Physician Release Certain medical conditions, medications, or recent medical procedures may require a written physician’s release before services can be performed. These may include, but are not limited to: -Active infections or contagious conditions -Recent surgeries -Use of certain prescription medications (including but not limited to Accutane, blood thinners, or topical retinoids) -Pregnancy-related complications -Autoimmune or compromised immune conditions -Any condition that may affect skin integrity or healing -If a physician’s release is required, services will be postponed until proper documentation is received and approved. 3. Right to Refuse Service Seaside Spa and Waxing reserves the right to refuse service to any client who: -Fails to complete required paperwork -Withholds relevant medical information -Arrives with a contraindicated condition -Does not adhere to established spa policies This policy is in place strictly for the safety and well-being of all concerned. By scheduling an appointment with Seaside Spa and Waxing, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with these policies. Thank you! 🌸SPA POLICY & ETIQUETTE🌸 🌸Cell Phones🌸 To maintain a calm, stress-free environment , we ask that cell phones and electronic devices are turned to silent & put away during your service. 🌸Arrival🌸 We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows plenty of time to fill out any client paperwork. 🌸Cancellations🌸 To avoid cancellation fees, please give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any service you’ve booked. A valid Credit Card is required at the time of booking. 🌸Late Arrivals🌸 All appointments are scheduled to allow time for full enjoyment of each service. A late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Late arrivals may not be afforded an extension and you are responsible for payment for the full service. 🌸Return Policy🌸 For the health and safety of each client, Products are non-returnable/non-refundable. 🌸Health Conditions🌸 When booking, please advise us of any health conditions (including pregnancy), allergies, infections, injuries, or special needs which may affect your services. 🌸Privacy🌸 We collect health and personal information for three main reasons: to promote a safe and healthy environment for our clients; to ensure continuity of information from one visit to the next, and; to assist in customizing treatments to individual needs, particularly if there are medical issues or allergies. Rest assured , all information remains confidential. 🌸Cleanliness🌸 We are committed at Seaside Spa & Waxing to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. Our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service. 🌸Children & Minors🌸 We love children! And in order to keep them safe , we ask that children only accompany parents or adults when receiving services themselves. This helps maintain a professional atmosphere for other guests. Clients under the age of 18 require parental consent in order to receive treatments. 🌸Loyalty🌸 We appreciate your loyalty to Seaside Spa & Waxing , we would love to reward you for your loyalty! CANCELLATION POLICY
48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY— Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Seaside Spa & Waxing charges a 50% cancellation fee based on your service total for any cancellations/rescheduling within the 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-show appointments will be charged for the full service amount. Canceling the day of your appointment will be considered a no-show appointment and you will be charged a no-show fee. Please call or text Lori directly at 321-505-1437 if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. LATE FEES- Please understand that if a client is 15 minutes late or more for their scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show appointment and they will be charged a no-show fee. RESCHEDULING- Extra fees may apply for last minute rescheduling, please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. Please understand that if a client reschedules an appointment within the 48 hour period of their appointment it is still considered cancelling and the client will still be charged a cancellation fee. Appointments may only be rescheduled up to two times! Clients must have a valid credit card on file to book at Seaside Spa & Waxing!
